I would HIGHLY recommend Jim and Searchlight Home Inspections. He made us feel comfortable and was very thorough with his inspection. I learned so many things about the house i was purchasing that i would of never known if he would not of pointed them out. Report was sent the very next business day and pointed out everything discussed at the inspection. You do not need to look any further for a home inspector!!!
