I give Jim my highest review! My husband and I are new homebuyers (May 2020) in the Grand Rapid area, and Jim welcomed us along during his inspection. He was throrough and answered all of our questions, but also made it fun. Just a great personality. He offered to give free perspective, even after our inspection, of his opinion on any work we wanted done on the house. He looked at historic pictures and provided names of his favorite local contractors per our request. Email was always quickly responded to by Jayne (office manager). Couldn’t offer higher recommendation to this small and effective inspection team! Thank you!
